Beating Exercise Boredom

Do you find yourself bored with your current exercise routine?  Maybe you find it hard to stay motivated.  In either case, becoming bored and unmotivated with your workouts is not that uncommon. 

Most people find it boring to do the same thing day in and day out.  At first, it’s the routine that keeps us on track, but over time it can be that same routine that keeps us away!  If you are cutting your routines short, skipping days, or don’t have the same enthusiasm as you did first starting out, it could be time to give your routine a makeover.
