Beating Exercise Boredom

Do you find yourself bored with your current exercise routine?  Maybe you find it hard to stay motivated.  In either case, becoming bored and unmotivated with your workouts is not that uncommon. 

Most people find it boring to do the same thing day in and day out.  At first, it’s the routine that keeps us on track, but over time it can be that same routine that keeps us away!  If you are cutting your routines short, skipping days, or don’t have the same enthusiasm as you did first starting out, it could be time to give your routine a makeover.

In-Home Personal Fitness Training is available for individuals living in or near Green Bay, WI.  It's never too late to get into shape.  Physical activity is important at any age.  I can help you get active on a regular basis through effective cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training, etc.

Getting into and staying in shape is extremely important to your overall health and well being.  According to the CDC, regular physical activity can improve health and reduce the risk of premature death in the following ways: 

  • Reduces the risk of developing coronary heart disease (CHD) and the risk of dying from CHD
  • Reduces the risk of stroke
  • Reduces the risk of having a second heart attack in people who have already had one heart attack
  • Lowers both total blood cholesterol and triglycerides and increases high-density lipoproteins (HDL or the "good" cholesterol)
  • Lowers the risk of developing high blood pressure
