How Are Sessions Scheduled?
If you are new to lifting weights or exercise in general, it is recommended that you go at least 2 times per week to learn correct technique and to get results. The more times per week you meet with me the faster you will see results. Most people meet 1 to 3 times per week.
I have several training packages to choose from. My weekly training packages are available for 1 to 3 times per week. These packages are designed to see quick results. The weekly packages are recurring and continue until you feel ready to go on your own.
What's Included in a Session?
You can include strength/weight training, yoga/Pilates instruction, flexibility, cardiovascular, balance, and/or athletic enhancement in any package.
My weekly packages always include a FREE fitness assessment. Your first meeting with me will be a one hour session to include the free fitness assessment.
