Yoga:(Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary; 1660 Eastshore Dr, Green Bay, WI)This class (ages 16+) will balance your body and decrease your stress. you will focus on your breath while you hold postures which will help decrease your blood pressure and relax you. Standing, seated and balancing postures are done. Variation in postures are shown for beginners and advanced yoga students. Each session is 10 classes. Students should bring their own mat to each class. Day & Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:20-7:20pm

Mat Pilates:(Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary; 1660 Eastshore Dr, Green Bay, WI)Pilates is a mind/body exercise that strengthens and lengthens your core muscles (abs, back, hips & butt). You will leave class feeling stronger and mentally refreshed. All exercises are done on a mat and variations are given for the beginner to the advanced. Come join us and improve your health and well being. Classes are for ages 16+. Each session is 10 classes. Students should bring their own mat to each class.

Parent & Child Yoga:(Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary; 1660 Eastshore Dr, Green Bay, WI)Parents and school-aged children will experience a class of fun Yoga postures that will help to increase flexibility and strength while encouraging relaxation. Yoga for parents and children can help build self-esteem, confidence, and can strengthen the bond between parent and child, age 6-15 years old. Students should bring their own mat to each class. Day & Time: Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm

Healthy Bodies:(Peace Lutheran Church; 1954 County Rd U, Green Bay, WI)A low impact standing aerobics class geared for beginners. All exercises can be done standing or from a chair. Strength exercises, balance exercises, and stretching are also done. Don't worry about coordination-come join in the fun and make some new friends too! Please call or sign up in the church office if interested. Day & Time: Mondays 9:15-10am You do not need to be a member of Peace Lutheran Church to attend class.
